Our guide for the hike itself wasn't the friendliest. Very quiet and not much learned about the local flora. Danny Boy, the driver to and from the base of the mountain was incredible. My S/O got sick at the base of the mountain. Danny made sure that he got us back to the resort as soon as he possibly could so that she could rest. I was very thankful for his assistance.”

“Tour operator wanted to amend booking to a private charter after we had booked and paid (presumably because they had not sold all of their seats) and wanted to charge a significant additional amount which had to be paid in cash on the day. When I cancelled as I did not want to be ripped off they only part refunded the trip cost (even though I cancelled the week before the actual booking). Very unprofessional and avoid at all costs.”

“Take your towels, wear your bathing suits. Take extra clothes to change into. There are three stops, two of them you have the opportunity to get in the water. This was not explained to us. We were told to wear comfortable clothing. There are changing rooms at the waterfalls and hotsprings. Take an outfit to get wet in both places. After the waterfalls, you can put on your comfortable clothes. The lunch is good the views are wonderful but take a very, very long time. Our driver found it more important to make sure his friends and family had an opportunity to sell us their souvenirs than to explain the…”
