Our guide for the hike itself wasn't the friendliest. Very quiet and not much learned about the local flora. Danny Boy, the driver to and from the base of the mountain was incredible. My S/O got sick at the base of the mountain. Danny made sure that he got us back to the resort as soon as he possibly could so that she could rest. I was very thankful for his assistance.”

We had no idea that he was in the lobby :( and felt terrible that he drove 2 hours to meet us and then left without notifying Viator to call us or our front desk to call us. We tried to rebook for the next day but he said he was booked. We were really looking forward to this tour and felt really sad that we didn’t get to go. We also weren’t refunded.
